Autumn Grace is a women’s retreat devoted to gentle awakening, deep rest, and soulful reconnection — held beneath the breathtaking golden cliffs of Zion, where nature itself becomes our teacher.

This sacred gathering invites you to slow down, soften inward, and remember the wisdom of your body. Through therapeutic yoga, somatic exploration, conscious breathwork, restorative practices, and guided meditation, we create space for release, renewal, and quiet transformation.

Autumn is the season of graceful letting go — a time to honor what has carried you, and tenderly bless what is ready to fall away. Surrounded by Zion’s glowing canyons, open skies, and grounding earth, we will move gently, breathe deeply, and listen more closely to the whispers of our hearts.

This retreat is not about striving, It is about returning… returning to your breath…returning to your body…returning to your truth.

Expect soulful practices, meaningful connection with like-hearted women, sacred pauses, and moments of awe woven into every day. You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply nourished — carrying Zion’s golden light within you.

Autumn Grace is for the woman who is ready to soften, remember, and rise with quiet strength.

All meals during Autumn Grace are prepared by a private chef, with an emphasis on local, organic, and seasonal ingredients whenever possible, inspired by the grounding flavors of fall in Zion.

    Morning — Gentle Support
Mornings begin simply with coffee, herbal teas, and light seasonal bites, offering gentle nourishment before yoga practice. These offerings are intentionally minimal—just enough to support energy and presence while allowing the body to move freely and intuitively.

  • About The Yoga

The yoga experience will be gentle, therapeutic, and deeply nourishing, designed to support the body’s natural capacity for healing, release, and renewal. Rather than pushing or performing, we invite you to listen inward and move with awareness, honoring where you are each day.

You’ll be guided through a thoughtful blend of yoga therapy and somatic movement, supporting the release of long-held tension and helping restore ease, mobility, and embodied presence.

Evenings are devoted to deep restoration. Restorative yoga, guided relaxation, meditation and intentional stillness allow the nervous system to soften and the body to integrate the day’s experiences. Pranayama (conscious breathing) is woven throughout the retreat, offering practical tools to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate inner balance.

Together, these practices form a holistic approach that nurtures body, mind, and spirit—supporting gentle awakening, deep rest, and lasting integration.

Please note: this is not a strong or fast-paced vinyasa retreat. Autumn Grace is best suited for women seeking a therapeutic, somatic, and restorative approach to yoga.

  • Retreat Activities & Experiences

We are excited to offer a thoughtfully curated blend of gentle adventure, deep restoration, and sacred ritual, all held within the luminous landscape of Zion.

In the spirit of moving with ease rather than striving, we’ll experience Zion through a guided e-bike journey through the canyon, allowing us to glide effortlessly beneath golden cliffs and open skies—receiving the land slowly, breath by breath.

Rest is woven into every day. Each woman will enjoy a therapeutic massage, supporting the body’s natural unwinding. We’ll also soak together at Zion Canyon Hot Springs, letting mineral-rich waters soften the nervous system and invite deep, cellular release.

Our evenings are devoted to inward listening and soulful integration. A sound bath offers vibrational healing and quiet recalibration, while a fire ceremony creates sacred space for graceful letting go—releasing what is ready to fall away and blessing what is ready to rise.

These experiences are not about doing more. They are about returning—to your body, your breath, and your inner knowing—held by nature, and the gentle strength of women gathering with intention.

  • About The Area

Autumn Grace is held in Springdale, a small, welcoming town at the gateway to Zion National Park—a landscape revered for its towering sandstone cliffs, ancient canyons, and powerful, grounding presence.

In November, Zion is especially magical. The air is crisp, the crowds thin, and the canyon glows with golden light and deep autumn hues. The land naturally invites slowing down, reflection, and listening.

Springdale offers a gentle balance of wild and walkable—with local cafés, artisan shops, and quiet paths that encourage wandering without rush.

A handful of nearby towns offer a glimpse into the broader desert landscape. Hurricane, Virgin, and La Verkin are known for their wide-open views, red rock mesas, and quiet charm — offering scenic drives, local eateries, and moments of stillness just beyond the park.

Whether you’re exploring, resting beneath open skies, or breathing in the stillness, there is a sense of reverence that mirrors the heart of this retreat.

Zion is not just a backdrop—it is a teacher, reminding us of patience, presence, and the beauty of becoming shaped by time.

  • Getting There

Travel to and from the retreat venue is the responsibility of each participant. Guests are welcome to arrive in whatever way feels most supportive, whether flying or driving.

If you’re flying, we highly recommend renting a car upon arrival. The drives around Zion and Southern Utah are incredibly scenic, and having a car allows for ease, flexibility, and exploration during free time—quiet canyon roads, nearby towns, and spontaneous moments of beauty are part of the magic here.

For those coming from Southern California, Autumn Grace also lends itself beautifully to a women’s road trip from Los Angeles. The drive is straightforward, stunning, and often becomes an extension of the retreat itself—shared playlists, meaningful conversations, and the slow transition from everyday life into retreat space.

Detailed arrival information, parking details, and local navigation tips will be provided closer to the retreat dates to ensure a smooth and supported arrival.

  • Optional Activities

For those who feel called to explore beyond our scheduled retreat offerings, the Zion region offers a wealth of optional experiences—from deeply peaceful to quietly adventurous.

Guests may choose to experience The Narrows, one of Zion’s most iconic hikes, wading gently through the Virgin River as canyon walls rise around you—an unforgettable, meditative journey through water and stone. Hiking within Zion National Park ranges from easy scenic walks to more immersive trails, allowing each woman to choose what feels right for her body.

Evenings may invite stargazing, where dark skies reveal expansive constellations and moments of awe-filled stillness. For those drawn to adventure, ATV excursions through the surrounding red rock terrain offer a playful and exhilarating way to experience the landscape.

Optional activities should enhance—not distract from—the retreat experience. Whether you choose adventure, rest, or stillness, you’re invited to follow what nourishes you most.

Costs and participation details vary, so please arrange these activities directly with local guides such as Zion Guru.
